Welcome to Chambeli House. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are confirmed once payment is made or COD is selected.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspicious activity.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen courier or public holiday circumstances.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or wrong items: Report within 48 hours with an unboxing video.

• Sealed, unused perfumes: Can be returned within 7 days.

• Opened perfumes, testers, and sale items: Non-returnable.

• Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, normal return rules apply.

5. Limited Edition Notice

Our 50ML perfumes are Limited Edition collector’s bottles. Replacements depend on stock availability.

6. Liability

• Chambeli House is not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions. Please test the perfume on a small area before full use.

7. Use of Website

• All content (text, photos, graphics) is the property of Chambeli House.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.
