Return & Refund Policy

Our Promise

At Chambeli House, we care about quality and hygiene. Because perfumes can be tampered with once opened, we follow a strict but fair policy that protects our customers and product integrity.

1) What’s Eligible

  • Damaged, leaking, or wrong item on delivery
    Must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video and clear photos. We will replace or refund and cover return shipping.

  • Change of mind (sealed products only)
    You can return within 7 days if the bottle is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Store credit or exchange will be issued after inspection.

2) What’s Not Eligible

  • Opened or used perfumes – due to hygiene and tampering risks, we cannot accept return or exchange once the seal is broken.

  • Sale or promotional items, freebies, samples, testers – non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Products without original box/packaging – cannot be processed.

3) How To File a Claim

  1. Within 48 hours of delivery for damage/wrong item, or within 7 days for sealed change-of-mind returns.

  2. Message us on WhatsApp +92 323 8873746 with your Order ID and:

    • Unboxing video showing the sealed parcel opened on camera (damage/wrong-item cases).

    • Clear photos of the product, box, and shipping label.

  3. Our support team will review and issue an RMA with the return address and instructions.

4) Refunds, Exchanges & Timelines

  • Exchanges: Sent after we receive and approve the return.

  • Refunds:

    • Prepaid orders → refunded to the original method.

    • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit (no cash refunds).

    • Processing time: 7–15 working days after approval.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • For change-of-mind returns, customer pays shipping.

     

5) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation or address changes before dispatch.

  • After dispatch, normal return rules apply.

6) Limited Edition Notice

Our current 50ML Limited Edition drops are small-batch. Replacements depend on stock availability. If a replacement isn’t possible, we will offer a refund or store credit after inspection.
